A mobile phone and digital photography have become so intertwined over the past few years, that there’s no possibility of ever separating them again. A camera simply belongs on a cell phone. It started several years ago with a simple VGA camera, after which it soon became possible to shoot high resolution pictures with a mobile phone. Of course, this is partially marketing strategy; as sometimes, cameras with lesser specifications do turn out to take better pictures. This is because the quality not only depends on the amount of megapixels the camera offers. It’s obvious we’re in for some surprises as far as cameras inside mobile phones are concerned.
